AC System Maintenance / Tune up

System maintenance (or AC tune-up) is a great way to prevent air conditioner failures and to help ensure operation efficiency. A properly and timely maintained system will have longer lifespan and better performance.

The optimal time to schedule maintenance for the AC system is before the season change; in the spring to get ready for hot summer weather and in the fall before the colder months.

Regular seasonal maintenance can help:

  • Efficiency (Ensures system operates at peak performance)

  • Comfort (Elevates indoor air quality)

  • Peace of mind (Reduces the potential of an unexpected failure)

  • Value (Helps extend system service life)

Below is the pricing and information about our maintenance packages available for purchase.  If you choose to purchase two visits, they will be scheduled 5-6 months apart during the spring and fall seasons.  Feel free to schedule a single maintenance visit at any time of the year.  (During a busy summer season maintenance scheduling may not be readily available.)
